2008 Returns Policy
All discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your item. Any contact after this time, will not be considered. Your invoice is your receipt and is also your 12 month manufacturers warranty for the item purchased. Only after 7 business days are we able to do anything about lost post, late items, so please allow for this incase of any circumstances where you do not receive your parcel. Any items returned for refund that are unwanted gifts, ordered by mistake, no longer needed etc, will be refunded minus the postage cost and a 20% re-stocking fee. If we have made a mistake and sent wrong items or not included something we should have done, WE will pay for any additional postage due to it being our mistake. However, if you have ordered wrong items at no fault of our own, YOU will be requested to pay any extra costs that may be incurred. We allow you to return items up until 14 days after receipt of the item. All returns must be phoned or E-Mailed to us before sending and must include your original invoice and also a covering letter stating reason for return. Any items returned without either will not be accepted. We endeavour to resolve any issues you may have with any product purchased from ourselves, we are here to help so any problems you may come across will be dealt with by a dedicated member of our team who will deal with it personally to ensure its speed of resolution. We aim to respond to E-Mails or phone messages within 24 hours of receiving them. (Excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends) |
